i really enjoyed how close the hotel was to victoria station and coach station. the electric tea kettle and cookies in the room were a sweet touch. it really helped me get going in the morning before heading out to see the sights. the hotel's location.

my blackout curtains didn't fully cover the window. this made it hard to sleep in, as the sun woke me up quite early each morning.

the hotel boasts a big tv in each room, and i found this feature to be really lovely. it added a nice touch to my evenings after long days exploring the city, so i relaxed and unwinded.

my room featured very comfortable beds and pillows, i had some perfect nights sleep. the water pressure in the shower was also amazing and i was so pleased to have hot water whenever i wanted it.

The location was great. A quick walk took me to victoria! the room included a well-furnished bathroom with a great shower. i found the staff professional and friendly. the room was both comfortable and quiet.

the location was convenient enough for getting around to different places I wanted to visit.

the room was quite small it barely fit the bed I booked a superior double room but it reminded me of an economy one there was also a stain on the sheets when I was leaving the room I really didn't like that the air conditioning did not work so the room was quite stuffy
